SHIPPING

Ordering online is a bit like sending yourself a present in the future, so we know how it can be waiting for it to arrive. That’s why we do everything we can to get your purchase into the arms of your local postal delivery service just as fast as we can pack and ship them. 

We entrust Australia Post to deliver your purchase, speedily and safely, to your door. 

We’ll keep you updated with each step of the ordering process. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number. Then you can track your order and follow up with Australia Post if there are any updates needed.

Alternatively, select PICK UP in store and you can collect your purchase during store opening hours, 7 days a week at 27 Frome Street Adelaide SA 5000.

Please note Australia Post is currently experiencing delays, so delivery time frames including express delivery is not always possible.

GENERAL INFORMATION 

Orders placed between Monday - Friday (Adelaide, Australia) will be shipped within 24-hours.

Please be aware that orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday & Sunday are processed on Monday. 

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping days do not include public holidays and weekends.

REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your items but if it wasn’t a perfect match and wish to exchange your unused products, you can do so for up to 14 days from delivery for an exchange or store credit by first emailing us at hello@offdutystore.com.au for confirmation.

Off Duty is not responsible for covering the shipping cost. Returns can be brought in store. Items must be unwashed, unworn, tags in place and still in perfect condition.

Strictly no returns / exchanges / refunds on sale items. This include any promotional sales like 'Black Friday Sale', 'Boxing Day Sales', 'End of Season Sale'.

For health reasons, strictly no exchange on beauty, sunglasses, earrings, jewellery and swimwear.

Credit Notes will be issued as soon as the order has been posted back to the store address on the receipt. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your goods. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

Return Defective Product

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please email us at hello@offdutystore.com.au with a picture of the defect. After 30 days, the product is non-refundable.

We do not cover shipping label costs for return orders unless the item is damaged or there is an error on our end.
